Vivo Y400 Pro launched for mid segment buyers in India with 50 MP Sony lens

Vivo on Friday (June 20, 2025) launched Y400 Pro smartphone in India for the mid segment buyers with features like IP65 dust and splash resistance. The new Vivo Y400 Pro also brings smart AI tools like AI transcript Assist, AI Superlink, AI Note Assist, Circle to Search, and AI Live Text.

The Vivo Y400 Pro has a 6.78-inch FHD + AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 4,500 nits peak brightness.

Vivo has used a 5,500 mAh battery in Y400 Pro along with a 90 W FlashCharge support.

Vivo Y400 Pro runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset with 8 GB RAM and up to 256 GB storage.

Vivo Y400 Pro sports a 50 MP Sony IMX882 main camera and a 2 MP sensor. It has a 32 MP camera. The Y400 Pro also provides 4K Video Recording support on both front and rear. It also offers AI-driven tools like AI Erase 2.0 and AI Photo Enhance.

Vivo Y400 Pro comes in Freestyle White, Nebula Purple, and Fest Gold colours, starting at ₹24,999 for the 8 GB/128 GB variant and ₹26,999 for the 8 GB/ 256 GB variant.

It will be available across vivo India e-store, Flipkart, Amazon, and retail partner stores starting from June 27.
