Lava launches Blaze Dragon 5G smartphone with Snapdragon processor for budget segment buyers in India

Lava on Friday (July 25, 2025) launched the Blaze Dragon 5G smartphone in India under the ₹10,000 segment for budget buyers. The homegrown smartphone brand will sell the Blaze Dragon 5G on Amazon.

Lava Blaze Dragon 5G has a 6.74 inch display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 450 nits of peak brightness. The budget segment 5G phone ships with a 5,000 mAh battery supported by an 18 W charger.

Lava Blaze Dragon runs on Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor with 4 GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB UFS 3.1 storage. It also offers 4 GB of virtual RAM. It operates on stock Android 15 and will receive 1 Android upgrade and 2 years of security updates.

Blaze Dragon 5G sports a 50 MP rear camera and an 8 MP front camera.

Lava Blaze Dragon will be available at ₹9,999 in Golden Mist and Midnight Mist shades. It will go on sale from August 1, exclusively on Amazon.
