Apple iPhone SE 4 launch expected tonight: What’s coming and how much it would cost?

Apple is expected to launch the iPhone SE 4 tonight, a compact phone that lures the first-time buyers transitioning from Android ecosystem. Especially targeted towards emerging and populous markets like India, the iPhone SE would be making its comeback after three years.

With the iPhone SE, Apple will intelligently push more buyers into the iOS clan for products like Apple Watch SE and AirPods.

The Apple iPhone SE 4 2025 is rumoured to ditch its traditional 4.7inch look for a more expansive 6.1 display. This would entice the new buyers who still feel Apple as an aspirational brand, and also consume content on a mobile screen.

The biggest jump in iPhone SE 4 could be the inclusion of Apple’s A18 processor, but without offering any Intelligence (gen AI) features. However, it will be a 5G-enabled phone with internal memory support up till 256 GB. It is natural of iPhone SE 4 to ship with iOS 18 out of the box.

.The SE buyers get single lens on front and rear, and this year it would not be any different. But, the iPhone SE 4 could stretch the rear camera to a 48 MP shooter and an 8 MP front sensor.

Apple targets the premium buyers with the iPhone SE while simultaneously trying to unsettle OnePlus’s dominance in 40k segment.

The new iPhone SE 4 is expected to launch in above 40k price point in India. The launch will stream at 11:30 PM IST on Apple’s website.
