Samsung launches Galaxy F56 5G with Exynos processor and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus

Samsung on Thursday (May 8, 2025) launched the Galaxy F56 5G smartphone for the mid segment buyers in India. The South Korean firm said that Galaxy F56 5G holds a 7.2mm profile.

Samsung will provide 6 generations of Android upgrade and 6 years of security updates to the Galaxy F56 5G.

Galaxy F56 5G has a 6.7 inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED+ display with 1200 nits of peak brightness and a 120 Hz refresh rate. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on both front and back.

Galaxy F56 5G ships with a 5,000 mAh battery which supports 45 W charging.

Samsung has used the Exynos 1480 processor with 8 GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256 GB storage in Galaxy F56 5G. The smartphone comes with One UI 7 based on Android 15 out of the box.

Galaxy F56 5G sports a 50 MP main camera with OIS and a 12 MP front camera. It also features Portrait 2.0 with 2X zoom on the rear camera. Users will also be able to record 4K 30 FPS videos in 10-bit HDR.

Galaxy F56 5G will also feature AI-powered editing tools like Object Eraser, Edit Suggestions.

Samsung Knox Vault is also available on the phone.

Samsung Galaxy F56 5G starts at ₹27,999 (8 GB/128 GB) and ₹30,999 (8 GB/256 GB). It comes in Green and Violet colours.
