Vivo launched the Y29 5G smartphone in four storage variants that run on the Dimensity 6300 platform.

The 6.68-inch LCD display comes with 1608 × 720 resolution, 264 PPI, and a 120 Hz refresh rate.

The phone sports a 5500 mAh battery and has 44W charging power. The company has said that it supports 19.7 hours of YouTube long video playback and more than 10 hours of PUBG gaming.

“The battery can maintain 80% health over 4 years, ensuring peak performance and reliability for everyday needs,” said Vivo on its website.

The phone is rated IP64 for dust and water resistance.

Coming to the camera, the Vivo Y29 packs an 8 MP front camera, and a rear 50 MP camera with some AI editing features. There is also a split-screen function for handling multiple tasks at once, as well as a tool to hide your private photos from sight.

The phone comes in four storage variants: the 4 GB + 128 GB, 6 GB + 128 GB, 8 GB + 128 GB, and 8 GB + 256 GB options.

The Vivo Y29 is available in the Diamond Black, Glacier Blue, and Titanium Gold shades.
